Event Date:
April 21, 2016 (All day)
Thank goodness we are only two months from the first day of summer; spring is such an unpredictable season. Blustery today, rainy tomorrow, the threat of some snow in a few days. Take advantage of a nice day whenever it appears. Bike night at Jimmy G’s Cigar Bar is one way to do that. Take a hike up Longview Canyon with the folks of Muscle Powered, but be sure to bring water and a sweatshirt. Kids will love Capital City Farm Days at Fuji Park: animals, big and small, will be on display along with exhibits with grade schoolers in mind. Plane buffs are in for a treat, in addition to the Experimental Aircraft Association’s weekly burger luncheon, tonight’s Gold Hill Hotel Lecture will be about Nevada’s Aviation History.
