McFadden Plaza will be hopping tonight. Not only is there a Farmers Market late Wednesday afternoons, but Josh and Jenera have returned to the Firkin and Fox to host a weekly jam session. You'll find John and Cherie Shipley jazzing it up at Living the Good Life, and Glen Eagles Restaurant welcomes Terri Campillo and Craig Fletcher to their lounge every Wednesday through Saturday night to entertain you.

WEDNESDAY: Jazz and Beyond Music Festival

  • Nevada Artists Association Art Exhibit featuring Vilma Weneck and Photography by Chas. H. McDonnell, III at the Carson Visitor Center (8am-5pm)
  • Art Exhibit ‘New Crop 2016’ at the CCAI Gallery in the Courthouse: 885 E. Musser (8am-5pm)
  • ’Print Project’ poster exhibit by students at Black Rock Press in the Community Development building [formerly the BRIC]: 108 E Proctor St (8am-12pm and 1pm-4pm)
  • Justin Favela’s art exhibit ‘Mi Casa es Mi Casa’ in the OXS Gallery at the Nevada Arts Council: 716 N. Carson St. (8am-5pm)
  • Sierra Chef Farmers Market at Lampe Park, Gardnerville (9am-1pm)
  • Photography and Regular Show at the Nevada Artists Association Gallery in the Brewery Arts Center (10am-4pm)
